WDI Group has partnered with Teleperformance since 2014 — supporting the company through more than a decade of organizational change, real estate transitions, and workplace modernization across multiple North American markets.
Our role has extended well beyond a single project. We have served as a long-term trusted advisor, providing continuous design, build, and furnishing support as Teleperformance’s footprint and operational requirements have evolved.
The work has spanned:
- Richmond, Virginia
- Fort Lauderdale, Florida
- North Lauderdale, Florida (including a confidential new build in progress under a current non-disclosure agreement)
- 90 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto
- 75 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto
- 460 Front Street West, Toronto
Across these locations, WDI Group has delivered complete design/build solutions — from initial workplace strategy and feasibility analysis through interior design, permit acquisition, construction documentation, architectural and engineering coordination, project management, construction execution, and — notably — the supply and installation of millions of dollars in office furniture across multiple sites.
The largest engagement to date is the North Lauderdale campus, comprising approximately 60,000 to 65,000 square feet across two adjoining sites (roughly 27,000 and 33,000 sq ft respectively). This flagship project consolidated multiple operational teams into purpose-built environments, optimized for collaboration, training, and high-volume multilingual service delivery.
Throughout every engagement, WDI Group has operated as a single point of contact — aligning strategy, design, and construction under one accountable team. This model has allowed Teleperformance to move quickly between markets, replicate successful workplace standards, and maintain operational continuity across geographically dispersed sites.
