Our Approach

WDI Group was engaged by Lenbrook to deliver a complete ground-floor transformation — every wall removed, every ceiling stripped, every floor taken down to the structural slab, and reimagined from that blank canvas with biophilic design at a scale rarely seen in commercial interiors, including full-height green walls and custom moss-clad green wall stairs that make vegetation a defining architectural element.

Across the approximately 50,000 square foot footprint, WDI Group delivered the full scope — Workplace Strategy through Construction — including turnkey furniture acquisition and installation with premium vendors such as Steelcase, with the firm leading as the single point of contact and aligning strategy, design, construction, and procurement under one accountable team.
