The new building totals approximately 21,000 square feet — 14,000 above grade, 4,000 in basement and parking, plus exterior work — with WDI Group serving as a single point of contact so workplace standards carry forward building to building, matching the interior to the durability of Accerta’s purchase-based real estate strategy built on long-term equity rather than a lease term.
